1969 Holden Monaro
For the uninitiated this 1969 Monaro is a pretty special Aussie classic, with an asking price to match (of AUD$300,000). I remember people driving around in these in my hometown and they certainly weren't too valuable then. With the on-set the Aussie muscle-car boom, cars like GTHO (Phase III) Falcons, Monaros and Toranas began fetching crazy high prices. The days of the $800K Falcon GTHO Phase III are long gone, along with the Aussie muscle-car bubble, but clearly some owners are still asking for high prices.
